Founded in 2020 by ex-members of DataForense, was later acquired by SIO.
Since its foundation, it continued distributing the “Spyrtacus” spyware by DataForence on the Google Play Store.
In 2025 it was reported that the spyware is not available on the Store but it is still distributed by targeted web page posing as WhatsApp and other popular apps.[1][2]
